Quadrant joined us in Q3 2025 at an early stage of their retention journey. The objective was to design and build a scalable email foundation that could support a fast-growing, community-led brand operating across content, culture, and commerce. Rather than prioritising volume, the focus was on creating a clear structure and strong brand experience from first touch through to purchase, ensuring future campaigns and lifecycle activity could scale without compromising quality.

Building a scalable email foundation
Our work focused on establishing the core structure of Quadrant’s email marketing ecosystem. This included campaign design, lifecycle flow foundations, and defining how the brand shows up in inboxes across different touchpoints. We developed email designs that balance strong visual hierarchy with clear, conversion-led messaging, ensuring communications feel premium while remaining purposeful. Early lifecycle flows were mapped to support onboarding, engagement, and key commercial moments, including preparation for Black Friday activity. This foundation ensures Quadrant’s email channel supports both community storytelling and commerce, and can be expanded over time with deeper personalisation and segmentation as the brand grows.
