Ancient & Brave
When Ancient and Brave partnered with 303.london, they needed to move fast in a competitive space. The challenge wasn’t just about producing high-volume creative, but delivering strategic variations designed specifically for Meta’s testing environment and upcoming Andromeda capabilities. The ask was clear: deliver polished, on-brand assets that could perform across multiple test scenarios, without sacrificing quality, craft, or brand consistency.
Partnership Overview

Goals
The goal was to build a scalable creative system that balanced speed with precision. Ancient and Brave needed a reliable pipeline of high-performing ad assets that could be tested, iterated, and evolved quickly within Meta’s ecosystem, while maintaining a strong, consistent brand identity across every touchpoint.
Creative Strategy
Building a Modular Creative System for Performance
We began by analysing trends already driving performance within Ancient and Brave’s existing creative. These insights informed a modular production framework, built around interchangeable hooks, narrative bodies, and CTAs. This approach allowed us to generate meaningful creative variation at speed, while ensuring every asset remained on-brand and aligned to Meta’s specifications. Each variation was designed with testing in mind, optimised for different formats, placements, and Andromeda’s emerging features. We managed the entire production process end-to-end — from casting talent and scouting locations, through to shoot execution and post-production. Across just two days of production, our in-house team delivered a robust library of diverse ad assets, each built to support testing, iteration, and rapid deployment.
This modular approach gave Ancient and Brave a flexible toolkit of creative assets, capable of fuelling Meta campaigns across multiple test scenarios. The result was a scalable creative library designed not just for immediate performance, but long-term optimisation.
